Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange in accordance with the policy below.


1) Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email) is required.

Certain items are non-returnable due to health, safety, or legal reasons (see Section 6).


2) Return Process

  1. Contact our Customer Support team to request a Return Authorization (RMA).

  2. Securely pack the item(s) in original packaging (if available).

  3. Ship the package using the prepaid return label (if provided) or your own carrier.

  4. Once received, we will inspect the item and notify you of approval or rejection.


3) Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).


4) Exchanges

  • Exchanges are offered for defective or damaged items, or if you need a different size/color (when available).

  • If the item requested is out of stock, we will issue a refund.


5) Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

    • The item was defective/damaged on arrival

    • The wrong item was shipped

  • In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.


6) Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and legal reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, beverages)

  • Personal care items (cosmetics, skincare, opened hygiene products)

  • Intimate or sanitary goods

  • Gift cards, digital products, downloadable software

  • Final sale or clearance items (if marked as non-returnable at checkout)


7) Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.

  • We will cover return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund.


8) Legal Compliance

This policy is designed in accordance with U.S. consumer protection laws, including the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule. State-specific rights may apply (e.g., California, New York). Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under U.S. law.
