1) Order Processing Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET are typically processed the same day. Later orders are processed the next business day.

Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and U.S. federal holidays are processed on the next business day.

For pre-order or backorder items, shipping times begin once products arrive at our warehouse. Estimated dates are shown on the product page.
Note: Total delivery time = processing time + carrier transit time.

Free Shipping Threshold

Free shipping on orders over $75 (after discounts, before tax), contiguous U.S. only. Excludes oversized/heavy/hazardous items.

Alaska & Hawaii: surcharge $19.95; transit 3–10 business days.

U.S. Territories (PR, GU, VI, AS, MP): USPS only; transit 3–12 business days.

PO Boxes: USPS only; express carriers do not deliver to PO Boxes.

APO/FPO/DPO: USPS only; transit 2–6 weeks; subject to USPS/DoD restrictions.
Oversized/Heavy Items

Items over 70 lb or classified as oversized may require LTL freight or special shipping fees. We will contact you to confirm costs and delivery arrangements.

We use a flat-rate model:

Shipping taxes apply in states where required by law.
4) Tracking & Notifications

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email/SMS with your tracking number and carrier link.

For in-store pickup, you will be notified when your order is ready.
5) Signature on Delivery

For orders over $250 and/or high-value items, a signature is required. If unavailable, the carrier will attempt redelivery or hold the package at a pickup point.
6) Address Changes & Redirection

Please double-check your address before placing an order. After shipment, address changes or rerouting may incur a $15 fee and delay delivery.

We do not ship to freight forwarders or third-party fulfillment centers without prior written approval.
7) Lost, Delayed, or Missing Shipments
If tracking shows "Delivered" but the package is missing:

Check your address, mailbox, neighbors, or building reception.

Wait 24–48 hours as carriers sometimes scan early.

Contact us within 7 days of the delivery status to open a carrier investigation.
Damaged/short shipments:

Report within 48 hours with photos of packaging, box, and product. Keep all materials until the claim is resolved.
Carriers are responsible for delays caused by weather, emergencies, or force majeure, but we’ll assist with claims.
8) Partial Shipments, Pre-Orders & Backorders

To speed up delivery, we may split orders into multiple shipments at no extra cost (except oversized/LTL items).

Pre-orders ship once items arrive, or partially if selected at checkout.
9) International Shipping

We currently ship only within the U.S. International shipping is not available at this time.
10) Holiday Periods

During peak holiday seasons, transit times may increase. We recommend choosing expedited shipping to guarantee delivery by specific dates.

We use recyclable and sustainable materials whenever possible. You may request receipt-free packaging or a gift message at checkout.
